LIVEBREAKS, CARD STORAGE AND SHIPPING T&C's

 **LIVEBREAKS**

All livebreak purchases are non refundable, no exceptions.

"Livebreaks" means your purchases will be opened on stream before shipping.

Livebreaks are automatically added to break queue on stream and opened in order of purchase.

All cards including bulk will be added to your file, if you do not want certain cards adding to your file or shipped please let WiiDEVil know during your livebreak.

Livebreaks are held on file in accordance with the card storage policy below.
By purchasing a livebreak or entering a giveaway you confirm that you acknowledge and agree to all terms and conditions.

When purchasing Livebreaks please make sure all your details are 100% correct including spelling, billing and delivery address information, and please make sure you include your Twitch or Tik Tok username in the order notes and requested information fields.

The storage policy doesnt apply to Tik Tok store purchases as shipping is arranged via the Tik Tok store.

 **CARD STORAGE**

All cards from livebreaks, raffles and giveaways will be added to your card storage file for shipping. You can purchase shipping at anytime via the website.

Livebreaks Cards are stored for a maximum of 12 weeks from the date of your last purchase.
Giveaway Cards are stored for a maximum of 2 weeks from the date of your win, unless you purchase further livebreaks to be added to your file you must order shipping within 2 weeks of your win date.

Any card files or items that pass the storage deadline will be removed from storage permanently. In most cases they will be added to the community chest, returned to giveaways or added to mystery packs.

It is your responsibility to order shipping, we do not send out reminder messages to purchase shipping. If you have any queries regarding last purchase date, file size or anything else, please contact me via a Discord Ticket or email.

Please note - Sending a Discord Ticket or Email does not exclude you from any of the terms and conditions, and does not extend any storage deadlines.
Having a large or valuable card or card file does not exclude you from the terms and conditions., if you have any problems regarding organizing shipping ect then please contact WiiDEVil at the earliest opportunity and before the 12 week storage deadline has passed.
Being in chat, sending whispers or Subscribing does not exclude you from any of the terms or conditions, extend card storage or prevent files being removed from storage.

Any card files or items removed from storage, as specified above, are non refundable.


By purchasing a livebreak or entering a giveaway you confirm that you acknowledge and agree to all terms and conditions specified in Discord and on the website.

 **SHIPPING**

Shipping can be purchased from the website - https://wiidevil.co.uk/collections/shipping
Please make sure to choose the appropriate shipping for your location.

The amount of cards that the shipping boxes can contain approximate, and will vary based on amount of sleeves and toploaders or other items inside.

Shipping is sent out by Royal Mail UK. 
UK Shipping is sent by Tracked 24hr service, with £150 insurance cover.
International Shipping is sent by the International Tracked service, with £250 insurance cover.
If you would like to add additional insurance please contact WiiDEVil asap before purchasing shipping for a quote.
These service provides tracking, which should be sent by Royal Mail to the email address you provided when purchasing shipping. 
If you do not receive your tracking and require assistance please contact WiiDEVil via email or Discord Ticket.   

Shipping boxes are well wrapped and provide good protection to cards inside.

When making any purchase from the website, especially shipping, please make sure the billing and shipping address is included, and 100% accurate on the website and up to date, this includes email address and mobile contact number. 

WiiDEVil is not responsible for any issues or losses caused by incorrect / outdated addresses or personal information.

Please be aware that shipping outside of the UK can sometimes incur custom charges. These vary from country to country and are the receivers responsibility to pay.
If your parcel is returned or kept by customs because of unpaid fee's that is your responsibility, and you would need to repurchase shipping if you wish for the item to be resent.

WiiDEVil is NOT responsible for any issues regarding lost, damaged or stolen items from shipping.
In the unlikely event there is an issue with your parcel, a claim will be made to  Royal Mail.WiiDEVil is not responsible for the outcome of any investigation or insurance claim.
